Trump's popular because "hey look, this guy that looks and sounds like I do is president, that makes me feel good!" Yeah. I don't want to say Trump has more "charisma" than Pence, because it's definitely not that. But Pence, in comparison to Trump, is an extremely boring, straightforward kind of conservative that I don't think has anywhere near the pull of Trump. --- I have nothing else to say ...
