The 50k is a great starting out salary, but they are going to make me work for it during busy season I'm sure. I'll be lucky if the work weeks are only 60 hours during then, but I hear they could be 80, maybe even 100 hour weeks. But yeah, it's a rite of passage, right? You do it for the resume, and then you get the good job somewhere else.
