With wbc being low. But I also have been limiting my carbs to like 100-120g a day, and over exercising, sometimes burning up to 1,000 calories a day while consuming 2300 or less. BMI is about 17.0. I bit the bullet and consumed 200+ carbs for a few days now, and felt like a new person.I have bounce in my steps, more energy, and happier. Hopefully it improves my wbc in couple months as well.
