KINDERFELD 10/11/20 11:27:06 AM #8: | I started back on my health quest for my old body a few days ago. Stopped eating fast food and started doing 3 miles a day in the park as well as calisthenics. I'm already at my ideal weight of 180lbs so just trying to tone up and get everything looking tight and sexy once again.
