Yeah i don't think people care about this as much you think they do. Yeah there's a high probability that the courts will be packed but that basically is contingent on if Trumps supreme court nominee gets confirmed. The republicans denied garland citing a reason they're completely disregarding for this supreme court judge so its really not surprising that the dems are now going use cheap tricks as well. Clearly the game is no longer about actually representing the people. Its about who cheats best and the democrats have spent too long trying to play fair.
