good for them, realizing their mistake.

But the real trick is learning from it, not just admitting you were wrong.

How are they going to educate and make better in the future their political leanings?

I mean I don't want to be that guy but will this experience teach them to be more empathetic to their fellow citizens and think more considerately when they choose a new political leader? A big part of the Trump movement (and, really, modern conservatism as a whole) is entrenched in the belief that you vote to better yourself, not society and society includes people less fortunate and incapable of rising to the opportunity of helping themselves through circumstance.
