i thought i had a pretty good imagination but not hyper, seems about right

Visual - 1, 2. 5 and 7 to some extent.
Audio - 1-5
Touch - 1, 2, 4, 5
Smell - nothing

my proprioception is terrible in general so no surprise it's non-existent in my imagination

I can definitely picture things in my mind, don't necessarily even need to close my eyes for that although I guess it's a little easier if I do.

But are people actually capable of closing their eyes and then literally see these shapes with their eyes like the ones in the pictures? because if so my mind is blown.

no you can't literally change the information your eyes are sending to your brain. everyone is doing exactly what you do, with the amount of detail being the variable.
