Topic	If you get MtF transgender surgery, are you basically female at that point?

If someone identifies as a particular gender, then treat them as that gender. I'm pretty sure that most transpeople are fully aware of the aspects of human biology that surgery and HRT cannot change and do not need to be reminded of them. Seems like it's always a right wing jackass like Ben Shapiro that feels the need to bring up something immutable like one's chromosomes in order to show disrespect to said person. --- I make a topic in Final Fantasy 12 to ask if Tifa!
