I work with the public and thankfully there's only been one really difficult person so far. We were closed to the public for months and we're finally re-open, but you have to wear a mask and get your temperature checked to come into the building.

However occasionally while we were closed we would get someone knocking on the door and before we really came up with procedures we would open the door a crack to talk to them. This guy knocked and didn't have a mask, and had a super pushy attitude. He made it pretty clear he didn't believe in Covid. As he was talking he kept stopping to chuckle at me wearing a mask and saying rude stuff ("you guys are so stupid... you're so afraid of a lie!!" and stuff along those lines). He also laughed when I moved away to stand 6 ft away from him.

I answered his question (he had the wrong department/building) and he left but before he did he was sure to mock me more for the mask/distancing. It was really tempting to slam the door into his face when I was closing it.

After that I posted the phone number up on the door and never opened it again until we were officially re-opening, even when old people would be out there knocking for 5 minutes (ignoring the sign saying we're closed, please call).
