It's kind of shallow and simplistic, but it's full of cute characters and probably the most polished jrpg on the console production-wise that came out in the US. Nowadays I much prefer FF6. There's so much meat in that game and it lets you off your leash more than CT does which I'm a big fan of in JRPGs --- I pray god will curse the writer, as the writer has cursed the world with this beautiful, stupendous creation, terrible in its simplicity, irresistible in truth ...
