After you got a decent amount of ads in a large and expensive market, you get better returns by placing ads in multiple smaller and cheaper markets than you would by buying even more ads in your large market. Like lets go back to wyoming. Currently, if the democrats would put a whole lot of effort/money into it to double their 2016 votes. They'd still lose the state and the money would be wasted. While the amount of resources to get like say 10 or 20% more votes would be significantly less and have value in a popular vote situation. --- I want a pet Lavos Spawn.
