It too closely followed the first film, right down to the narrative arc concerning the villain (although in that case it was even sillier because ~~she was trying to demonstrate why superheroes should stay illegal when they already were illegal, so the narrative stakes weren't there~~). Plus the Underminer fight was a disappointment. I loved Incredibles, wasn't so much into Incredibles 2.
