| Entity13 10/27/20 1:56:02 PM #87: | Yeah, see, if it were an honest system that was solely about numbers, I'd maybe be a minimum amount of disappointed at how this played out. Instead, we have the GOP who said four years ago they weren't allowing for Merrick on the basis that "The people should be heard," or "Confirmations should not happen on election year." What we got was outright hypocrisy as the GOP rushed the candidate into that seat with zero regard to the "voice of the people" (meaning who's being voted in or out of office) or how much closer the election is this time compared to four years ago. It might he easy to say politicians are liars, hypocrites, or morons in general, but this is a situation that takes the cake, and the cake is unfortunately red velvet with extra coloring and grease (two things that should never be in cake in the first place). --- ...
