I was horrified because I had a strict no handguns in my house policy (although I do own a rifle) and I was so sure she would end up shooting herself accidentally or something to that effect. You see, she wanted to learn how to ride her own motorcycle awhile back (instead of riding pillion on my bikes) and I knew right away this was a bad idea, but alas, she took the MSF course, she surprisingly passed, and then she bought herself a new 300cc bike (her money, and she has a rich history of not listening to me) in which she promptly dropped it half a dozen times in the first 2 months. So yes, I thought this was a bad idea overall. But she went out to the range with her female friends a couple of times and I went to the range with her a good amount, she has shot several thousand rounds and yes, I paid a freaking premium on bullets because they are so goddamn costly right now. Fast forward to today, I now own 5 handguns and suppressors (well, 2 suppressors are form 1, and I have 3 form 4s which I won't get until next summer) XD.

And if you are interested to know, she has gotten decent with her motorcycle riding after 5 years. She has logged in several 10k miles. She stepped up to my 700cc naked, and then finally she tried out my 490lb 32 inch seat height (she is 5'2", fairly tiny asian girl- funny story, her sister is 5'0" and used to ride an R6) 1000cc streetfighter. She is now looking into a Triumph Bonneville or Kawasaki W800. Unless she buys a Supra. But I am strongly against the Supra and telling her to buy a new motorcycle instead. Sorry, a whole bunch of digressing, I am drinky drinky right now.
