| Topic | Is there a term/thingy for when something is overdesigned to do something simple |
| Lokarin 11/01/20 6:29:27 AM #1: | You might have came in to say "Rube Goldberg Machine" or something along those line, and you'd be right - however I am thinking more generally, something that encapsulates the Rube Goldberg Machine but also includes other things that are overdesigned to do simple things, such as (sardonicly) Bureaucracy ... or hyperbolicly blowing up a star to cook a hotdog --- "Salt cures Everything!"
