If you want to consider the pandemic, I think more people want to just go back to work, regardless of the pandemic, than endure a prolonged lock down. And they probably think Democrats would extend the restrictions.

Yeah, there are tons of infections and a lot of people have died, but you're just not going to get your average person to sweat that much over a lethality rate in the low-mid single digits.
