The thing that's hard to explain is the D1 cast appearance in D2 and the D2 cast appearance in D3, since none of them were directly involved in the killing game. Still, you can claim that the rules for reappearances weren't finalized that early in the show's development. A better question is how, if UDG is a spinoff, they got a city-sized arena. You can maybe buy a few islands in the Pacific or a high school-sized building, but UDG is in an entire city. --- Not changing this sig until I decide to change this sig.
