PA is out of recount range and without it he would need to get GA and AZ (AZ remains uncalled for how close it is by some outlets) then somehow flip 20k votes in WI (no recount has ever changed more than 1k votes in the US) to get them both under the 270 mark where he would win in our bizarre method of choosing a president in that situation.
