If irregularities have been found, it is up for the courts to appreciate them. But Trump's going to fish for anything he can find that might keep his hopes up, regardless of validity. In how it actually works, if the difference between candiates tightens within a certain percentage, there is a recount. The only state that qualifies for revote per state law is GA.
