Topic	Ugh I have been exposed to COVID

It's all the same symptoms as cold/flu with potentially slightly increased severity It's only a matter of time that some folk when they have a cold or flu because you know it's coming up to winter that they think it's COVID. Perhaps some are already rushing out for a COVID test as soon as they sneeze. I've also learned it's best to not look up symptoms of things online as with my anxiety issues that can turn to obsession with little reason if any for me to be obsessing in the first place.
