It's only a matter of time that some folk when they have a cold or flu because you know it's coming up to winter that they think it's COVID. Perhaps some are already rushing out for a COVID test as soon as they sneeze. I've also learned it's best to not look up symptoms of things online as with my anxiety issues that can turn to obsession with little reason if any for me to be obsessing in the first place. Thanks brain.If you look something up, start with the 3rd or 4th result and work backwards. The first result is always cancer or something debilitating. I thought I might have Covid early into the pandemic, but it was just G.E.R.D brought on by poor diet and stress. I had sore throat and tightness in my chest making it feel like shortness of breath. Turns out stomach acid was to blame and the pressure was a buildup of gas. Easily remedied. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
