If you look something up, start with the 3rd or 4th result and work backwards. The first result is always cancer or something debilitating. I thought I might have Covid early into the pandemic, but it was just G.E.R.D brought on by poor diet and stress.

I had sore throat and tightness in my chest making it feel like shortness of breath. Turns out stomach acid was to blame and the pressure was a buildup of gas. Easily remedied.

Oh I know all about acid reflux. Turns out I had a stomach ulcer though. That was fun. Still I get all sorts of symptoms of anxiety that used to make me think the worse all the time and I obsessed over each symptoms. Now I tend to avoid doing that for my own peace of mind.
