Sometimes I think this website has zero comprehension of what the hell leftist and rightist ideologies actually are. Bernie Sanders isn't "far left", he is only left. And would be normal in Europe which has and enjoys socialism.

An actual extreme of leftist ideologies would be Thanos' ideology. Rightist ideologies promote greed and that the farther right you go, the greater the importance on only certain individuals is placed. In far right ideologies, only the leader matters. Y'know. Fascism. But leftist ideologies promote selflessness and the greater good. The farther left you go, the less value ANY individual has. And indeed Thanos believed that no life is too important to not be sacrificed for what he perceived as the greater good. When he proposed his plan to save Titan, he said that it should be random, dispassionate. Rich and poor alike. And he even risked his own life to use the stones to destroy the stones.

Stop drinking the GOP Kool-Aid and learn where American politicians ACTUALLY stand. Democrats aren't left leaning in the slightest. Even European conservatives are more left leaning than they are.
