I'd be very much against it. But I doubt it very much that Biden would consider it. A far more likely scenario would be Trump attempting a self-blanket pardon.

But acceptance of a pardon is legally recognized as an admission of guilt, so it'd be used in state charges as evidence if mentioning anything specific related to what New York is investigating.
