Pearce is an external hire, it makes ya think of a lead position was available so freely if there are wider problems at Sony. Thats a huge leap and assumption though. Lets pretend everything is okay and Pearce was qualified for the role. Okay I feel it but the internal group might feel slighted or cheated that it happened this way, what makes it worse is that it was on the news for everyone to see. Thats not healthy at all.
