Topic	the worst thing about asian fetishism is how unsettlingly real it is

But I got to agree with you, if the only reason you want to go out with them is their looks, then you'll get burnt. But usually it's the culture, personality and mannerisms that come with the attractions. The ideal image is that they are cute, submissive, look young and supportive. Everything that biologically, a male would be interested in. So it's no wonder they are the top pick among a lot of guys. But again, a lot of that is misunderstood and usually comes with a massive culture clash.
