So I run Rap. (I read the one line you wrote and thought I'd just comment about it. It's quoted below)

idk where to start but I guess I'll explain Kool Keith really quick.

He makes albums using his own made up characters and everything is kind of intertwined in a way. (Black Elvis, Space Taveler, Serial Killers, Doctors...etc) (Apparently the 'pornocore' album had a song that was in the movie Office Space, who knew! Oh and I only had learned of him because of a PS1 skating game that had a song of his on it)

All of the albums tell a story and all of his albums have an overarching story.

Dr Dooom is a character that is a serial killer in prison. The album is about how Dr Dooom killed another one of his characters (Dr. Octagon, from previous album of his).

I Run Rap is about prison life.
(Rap is prison and Rappers are the prisoners)

"Who gives a damn if other rappers want to shop at Victorias Secret? Mind your own business."
Nobody is shopping at Victoria's Secret.
It's about prisoners wearing panties, because prison life.

The song is all about a serial killers life in prison and how he runs the place.
And about all the nasty stuff that happens, because its prison.

And that's what it is about. Not the real world, not rappers. But prison.
