Even if you have an ACTUAL disability and you're protected by the ADA,

You STILL can't just walk in without a mask. The ADA doesn't let people with disabilities spread coronavirus to others. You can expect some form of accommodation like what I listed above, but you can't walk in and put others at risk just because of a health issue of yours.

Also, it's HIPAA, not HIPPA lol
