As far as I could tell there was nothing no new content, it just comes with all the dlc which is mostly just OP gear you can get at the start of the game. Also can't help but compare it to something like Dragon's Dogma, which I think is older than KoA but still looks better and is a vastly superior game. Edit: nvm they are about the same age ...
