Also I haven't played Valhalla yet but if I'm understanding the end twist correctly then that was a pretty neat justification for the male/female choice It could be done without the choice. My main annoyance with it is because they have to fit in this gender choice, it makes the game story weaker because they can't incorporate the character's gender into how the world at large views them.
