Anony1125 12/06/20 2:03:11 PM #238: | I've been doing a lot of incline walking on my treadmill in addition to running, and it seems to be having a nice effect on my calves. I've always had chicken legs and they're still definitely way more skinny than muscular, but it's nice to notice a little bit of progress.
