That was victim shaming. Like when I said that if a person is told that of they suck a penis that they will get a job that pays a few mil then that changes from harassment to prostitution the second they agree to do it. Or if you scream a death threat in an open carry state that most states allow you to claim your life was in immediate danger and take action regardless of age or gnder
