I doubt he'd be in the same tier as Woody given the differences in exposure throughout the Toy Story series, even if Buzz was playable in a game where Woody wasn't. As for why Buzz is the one misplaced based on that, the Toy Story series is a bit too new by their kids-oriented standards to truly foster nostalgia among the older half of our voters in particular. The average PotD voter (albeit perhaps a slightly older demographic than all contest voters) was close to 9 years old when the first movie released in theaters and more relevantly almost 13 years old when the second movie did so - let alone their later, predominant dissemination through home media. Also nominate Anna (Frozen) and Kate Marsh (Life is Strange) for ranking. --- "I believe in a universe that doesn't care and people who do." Hylian hits dizzying heights others daren't aim for.
