It sounds like I/O hang ups.

Now WHY the D: drive is doing that? No idea. What brand and age is it? There's a chance it's just dying.

Or there's a chance the read/write being slow is Windows fault somewhere.

How much free space is on your C: Drive? Do you know if your pagefile is on C: or D:? (if you never changed pagefile settings, it'll be C).

Seagate Barracuda 2TB from 2014.

My C is just 250GB SSD from the same year. Dont have much room left in it atm.

I dont think I ever had change pagefile, I dont even know what it is.
