No. They just have farther to fall from grace and feel a greater loss when their youth is gone. We all feel that burden eventually. Aging shows no mercy. Character and charm are the safer long term investments. When a colleague despite appearance can consistently captivate an audience with words better than you can, that is something to truly envy.
