Customizing your dick into a robot penis might not sound serious but it was absolutely something people were actually expecting. Ridiculous body mods played straight is kind of a big part of cyberpunk too.

If you look at the eye pattern options in the game that's an area where they seem to have gotten this right, it just does not translate to most of the builder.
