In particular, which if any rally entries still win their respective tournaments? Were they all inevitable, did L-Block open the door for everything else, etc. Without the switch to 4-ways (and the expansion to 128 entrants), L-Block doesn't even make the field in 2007. On the other hand, Draven and Undertale would still get in and probably get rallied.
