Today I did chin ups, dumbbell rows, and facepulls (with a resistance band).Same, chins work my elbow flexors a lot. Brachialis is always pumped after pull-ups. Facepulls during the eccentric I try to keep my hands as far apart as possible so I don't use elbow flexors. I'd say most arm work is accessory except targeting the triceps long-head.
