Perhaps some of those scared people would be this 96 year old woman's relatives, if she has any. Ultimately it is on our gov't to get society back to normal. If they say restaurants are closed, they are closed. I work for the state gov't here, so enforcing the masks is actually the very small part I play in trying to get society back to normal. ...
