Anony1125 12/13/20 5:10:03 PM #324: | I think I'm getting back to where I was at my best a year or so ago. Lower abs are still a bit nonexistent though, and chest needs a lot of work. I've been eating around 2200-2500 calories, think I'll see what happens if I bump it up to 3000 and try to cut back on the sugar a bit. At around 5'9", 135-140 lbs. right now -- I'm not quite sure what weight I want to be at in the long run but I think I wanna see what happens if I push it up to the 145-150 range. ![]() ![]() --- Feeling really good. ...
