If you're vaccinated, you shouldn't be able to contract it in the first place let alone transmit it. I think the issue is they are worried the vaccine will suppress the symptoms but you might still be infectious. As far as I understand vaccines don't stop a virus getting into the body, they just help train the immune system to recognise and fight it it.
