I'm fairly certain that there's a legal requirement here that when it rains somebody has to cause an accident. This is Tennessee as a whole, to be honest. Knoxville is just as bad. Worst drivers in the country in my experience, especially when it comes to actually signaling turns and lane changes. Actually cars sold in TN don't have blinkers.
