If you can show me where in his job description it says "say yes to everything they ask for," you might have a point. Presumably, it actually says something much more vague, like "make children happy," which everyone recognizes is impossible to do all of the time and therefore it is not justified to fire somebody for failing to do so one time. --- This is my signature.
