Topic	Do MS/Sony/Nintendo deliberately manufacture fewer consoles at launch?

Or, and heres a crazy idea, they can only produce a certain amount at a time, and they sell out quickly due to demand? This could also be true. Recently, the switch was a hot items that sold a crazy amount in a short time. People complained that Nintendo was holding back.
