Topic	Do MS/Sony/Nintendo deliberately manufacture fewer consoles at launch?

They can only make so many units at one time, especially if there's a parts shortage like there has been this year. Let's say you sell 1million units in a year, you're not guaranteed to sell 1 million units the next year.
