Topic	Anyone get their superpowers yet?

This would be an interesting comic if set in the days of slavery. you might like the CW tv show, Black Lightning. it's sortof about this concept. not in the days of slavery. it's set in modern day. but it's about a city in like some southern state. I don't think they ever say exactly where it is. but the show has a ghetto area of the city where minorities live mostly. and there is a history of the government experimenting on people there. basically in this show lots of people have super powers, but it's almost all minorities in the show with them.
