And besides, i know there's worse off people (at least I know its bad I feel this way ) Anyways i got a massage pad. Feels good on my shoulders. The instructions say you're not supposed to exceed using it for 15 minutes and I had it on my shoulder for an hour. Each. Now I'm all bruised lulz.
