As I said it was damaged before it reached Amazon. It wouldn't count as in stock when the item is damaged and they can't sell it. This is the bottom line and the answer to the TCs question. Having worked in online distribution I know this to be the case. At this point I'm just amusing myself.

It hasn't shipped because it was damaged and unavailable meaning out of stock as the TC claimed in the very first post of this topic. I know it's complicated stuff we are dealing with here so I understand how difficult it is to understand Amazon wording. I think we need the great minds of a three year old to work this one out.

Because you keep saying they are out of stock because it was damaged. But they were out of stock before he ordered it. Then they said they couldn't send it because it was damaged. But his order was suppose to come from the stock that hadn't arrived yet. So, how could Amazon say it was damaged if they didn't even have it?
