My legs look like I squat but I do zero leg work, my six pack never goes away, running is becoming significantly easier I think I'll try to reach 80mpw before 2022 as a mega goal --- But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them - bring them here and kill them in front of me ~Jesus Christ ...
