The whole reason they are called baby boomers is because couples got pregnant almost immediately following the end of WWII in 1945.... 1964 would have been nearly 20 years later so youre not part of the boom. You also have to consider birth control which I believe started widespread use in the mid 60s. That would end the baby boom.
